Dale Phillips of Willow Lake Adult Community in Bossier City presents an $800 check to Capt. Doug Lauter of the Bossier Sheriff’s Office as a donation to Operation Blessing. Operation Blessing is a food bank program started by the Bossier Sheriff’s Office in 1998 to help elderly and handicapped residents in Bossier Parish.
