UPDATE: The children have been safely located and Fraiser and Graham have been taken into custody.

The Louisiana State Police Department has issued an endangered/missing child advisory for James Kevin Fraiser, Jr.,7, and Gracie Fraiser, 1, who may be traveling in the Benton/Shreveport area accompanied by their non-custodial parents.

The children, who are assigned to foster care, were reported taken yesterday from a Benton home by James Kevin Fraiser, Sr., 43, of Benton and Mary Evalyn (McGray) Graham, 29, of Benton. They may be driving a white 1998 Chevrolet pick-up bearing LA plates X0479916 or a 4-door beige 1999 Chevrolet Malibu bearing LA plates TAM 384.

The father is described as about 6' tall, weighing 150-175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

The mother is described as about 5'5" tall, weighing 180 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.

James Fraiser is said to be 4'2" tall, weighing 80 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. The other child, Grace Fraiser, is about 2' tall, weighing about 30 pounds, with light brown hair and blue eyes. Photos of the children were released Wednesday night.

James Fraiser was arrested in 2011 for allegedly hitting his live-in girlfriend several times in the face while she was holding their then-one-month-old child.

Anyone having information on their whereabouts is asked to contact 911 or Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-965-2203.
