Stacy Morgan Rains and Brian Alexander Loe of Bossier City are pleased to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage a two o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Cypress Baptist Church with Evan Semanco and John Fream officiating.
The bride-elect is the daughter of David and Allison Rains of Benton amd Eddie and Laura Scott of Benton. She is the granddaughter of Dale and Larri Jennings, the late Joe and Larry Hunt, Charlene Rains Gardner and the late Ike Gardner, Clara Anders and the late Jimmy Ray Anders.
The groom is the son of Randy and Debbie Loe of Bossier City and the grandson of Patricia Horn and the late James Horn, LaVelle Loe and the late Geraldine Loe.
Stacy is a graduate of Benton High School and McNeese State University. Brian is a graduate of Airline High School and Northwestern State University.
Following the wedding ceremony, the couple will make their home in Benton.
