BPCC hits road for game against Paris

The Bossier Parish Community Cavaliers are scheduled to travel to East Texas tonight for a Region XIV game against Paris Junior College.
The Cavs (7-8, 1-6) are coming off an 82-64 home loss to Jacksonville Saturday. They also fell to Angelina 92-74 last Wednesday.
BPCC is sixth in the Region XIV North Zone standings, one game behind Paris (8-10, 2-5).
Paris fell to Lee 81-73 in its last outing.
BPCC will be trying to end a five-game losing streak.
The Cavs struggled from the field in the loses to Angelina and Jacksonville.
BPCC shot 39 percent (27 of 70) against Angelina and 38 percent (26 of 68) against Jacksonville.
Former Bossier High star Lyndale James had an outstanding game against Jacksonville.
He scored 18 points on 57 percent shooting (8 of 14) and grabbed 14 rebounds.
Ty’Rell Winn also had a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds.
