Randel Leigh Brossett and Joshua Cole Elliott are pleased to announce their engagement to be wed. The ceremony will take place March 2 at Minor Basilica of the Imaculate Conception Catholic Church at 6 p.m. Father St. Romain will preside.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Dwayne Brossett of Natchitoches, and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Brossett and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Rachel.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. Tracy Jerome Elliott, of Zwolle, and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Bushnell, of Benton. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Dough Laroux of Zwolle, Mr. Oliver Elliott of Noble, and Mr. Joe Juzan and the late Elaine Juzan, of Shreveport.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Natchitoches Central High School, a 2010 graduate of Northwestern State University, and a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma.
The bridegroom is a 2005 graduate of Benton High School and attended Louisiana Tech University.
After the wedding, the couple plans to make their home in Benton.
