In the freshman game, Bryson Connell threw a short second-quarter touchdown pass to Carson Slack and Airline led 16-0 at the half.
Carter Slack made a nice throw to Daniel Smith for a touchdown on fourth-and-long in the third quarter. The Parkway defense had a couple of sacks before the TD.
Thomas Williams had a long run on the drive. Smith also contributed a good gain.
Airline’s Melvin Smith almost pulled down a one-handed interception, and the Vikings defense played well overall.
Dre Robinson had a touchdown run called back because of a penalty. An interception set up Airline’s final TD, a short run by Williams.
