Parkway’s Dakota Howard signed with Southeastern Louisiana during a ceremony at the school Thursday.
The 5-foot-11 Howard was a first-team All-District 1-5A selection last season. She was also named to the LSWA Class 5A All-State second team.
Howard helped Parkway win its second straight non-select Division I state championship last season. She averaged 14.9 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 4.4 steals.
Southeastern finished 19-12 last season. The Lions tied for second in the Southland Conference with Texas A&M-Corpus Christi at 14-4.
