(UPDATE 2/20/2025): DOTD advises motorists that a brief closure of the Arthur Ray Teague Parkway at the Jimmie Davis Bridge in Bossier City has been scheduled for Thursday, February 27, 2025 in order to allow for the movement of the crane back across the roadway. This is part of the ongoing Jimmie Davis Bridge (LA 511) replacement project.
This closure will take place at approximately 9:00 a.m., and is anticipated to take no longer than about 15 minutes. Impacts to traffic are expected to be minimal.
