In an effort to engage businesses to clean and beautify the outdoor space surrounding their businesses, the Bossier Chamber is hosting a Clean Biz Day on Friday, September 12. Addressing the litter problem in Louisiana is a responsibility we all must share.
To do our part, the Bossier Chamber is encouraging businesses to pledge to clean their businesses on September 12 for Clean Biz Day. This could mean picking up trash, pulling weeds, power washing, touching up paint, improving landscaping, or anything else to make your business clean and beautiful.
Registration for Clean Biz Day can be found at https://www.bossierchamber.com/. Participants do not need to be Clean Biz Partners. To participate, take some time to clean up and/or beautify the outdoor space surrounding your business. Then, take photos and email them to [email protected].
Clean Biz Day is done in connection with Keep Louisiana Beautiful’s Clean Biz Partnership program. Clean Biz Partners pledge to adopt daily best practices for reducing and preventing litter such as cleaning parking bays, placing trash receptacles at their storefront, and maintaining a clean dumpster area.
