The Airline Vikings and Bossier Bearkats won games in the Madison Prep boys tournament Saturday in Baton Rouge.
Airline defeated Archbishop Hannan 47-41 for its fourth straight victory. Bossier rallied past Washington-Marion 59-53.
In the Pitkin boys tournament Saturday, Benton defeated Elizabeth 60-27 to improve to 4-4.
In girls games in the Rasberry Lane Invitational at Huntington, Parkway (5-4) split two games, defeating North Webster 69-33 and falling to Madison Prep 49-27.
Also, Plain Dealing fell to Rayville 59-57 on a 3-pointer with 1.3 seconds left.
Eli Washington and Kevin White led Airline (7-2) with 14 and 12 points, respectively.
The score was tied at 16 at the half. The Vikings outscored the Hawks 14-6 in the third quarter.
DT Thomas and Braylon Robinson scored 15 and 13 points, respectively, to lead Bossier (5-3).
Bossier trailed 29-19 at the half. The Bearkats cut the deficit to five after three quarters then outscored the Charging Indians 25-14 in the fourth.
TJ Bunnery scored nine of his 11 points in the fourth. Ron Dillard scored all six of his.
Parkway (5-4) hit 13 3-pointers against North Webster. Samarhi Garrette (18 points) and Khia Thomas (16) hit four each. Jasmine Brooks (12) hit three and Zara Baker (14) two.
Jakayla Douglas led Plain Dealing with 32 points. Brianna Newton scored 22.
