A coordinated enforcement operation involving the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office,
the Shreveport Police Department, and the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and
Tobacco Control (ATC) resulted in arrests at three business locations in Bossier
Parish on February 4, 2026.
The joint operation focused on compliance and enforcement efforts related to the
sale of illegal products. As a result of the investigation, arrests were made at the
following locations:
Royal Vapes, Highway 80, Haughton
Discount Convenience, Benton Road, Bossier City
The Tobacco Shop, Airline Drive, Bossier City
During the operation, Abdul Mohammed and Marie Ketterman were arrested in
connection with alleged violations uncovered during the investigation.
Officials emphasized that this remains an active investigation. Additional charges
may be filed as the investigation continues and as evidence is further reviewed.
The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office commends the cooperative efforts of the
Shreveport Police Department and the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco
Control. This operation reflects the agencies’ continued commitment to working
together to ensure compliance with state laws and to protect the health and safety
of the community.
