PROJECT UPDATE: The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that the LA 3227 realignment project at LA 157 Phase 2 in the Town of Haughton, Bossier Parish is now complete.
The connector road between Sonic & the restaurant strip center is now open to traffic.
All permanent roadway striping and signage is installed, and no further lane closures are anticipated.
DOTD appreciates the patience of the business community, as well as residents in the Haughton area, while construction on both phases of this realignment project were underway.
This project is made possible by funding allocated from the Louisiana Transportation Infrastructure Fund (LTIF 1.0) of the 2024 Regular Legislative Session.
