In conjunction with International Walk to School Day, students at Apollo and Bellaire Elementary Schools met up with their friends and teachers at designated locations to make the trek to campus.
Bellaire also took the opportunity to encourage students to take “Steps to Prevent Bullying” as part of National Bullying Awareness Month.
International Walk to School Day is a global event that promotes a sense of community, encourages physical activity and leads to more opportunities for social connection.
