Aspire Yoga to offer first ever yoga teacher training program

Stacy and Dave Dockins, founders of Free Life People School of Yoga, are coming to Aspire Yoga Center in Bossier City in early 2017 to lead a 200-hour yoga teacher training program.
Free Life People is a registered yoga school and this program is recognized and approved by the Yoga Alliance, the industry standard in yoga certification.
This will be the first-ever yoga teacher training program to take place in Bossier City. In addition to leading this training in 2017, Free Life People will conduct 200 and 500-hour teacher trainings all over the world, including Texas, Thailand and Bali.
The Dockinses have been training yoga teachers to teach since 2005 and have worked with hundreds of teachers, including Aspire Yoga Center’s owner Heather Delia.
“This is a tremendous opportunity for people in our local community to attend a top-notch training program, and without any of the travel expenses,” said Delia. “If you’ve been thinking about becoming a certified yoga teacher or simply want to deepen your personal yoga practice, now is the time!”
This immersive 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training is a 16-day course. Each course, Levels 1 & 2, is eight days. Level 1 will take place February 4-11, and Level 2 is March 4-11, 2017. Aspire Yoga Center in Bossier City is located at 3709 Benton Rd.
