Barmer Family Wins St. Charles Court Subdivision Beautification Award

Russell and Crissy Barmer of 221 Decatur Court are the recipients of the latest Beautification Award in the St. Charles Court subdivision in North Bossier. Having resided in their home for the past 3 ½ years, they take great pride in maintaining the appearance of their lawn, and this Christmas season tastefully decorated the exterior for all to enjoy.

Russell does the majority of the maintenance on their lawn and also the placement of the colorful decorations that illuminate their home this time of year. Crissy takes care of the other colorful seasonal landscape plantings throughout the year. She is particularly looking forward to springtime when she can add her special touches.
Together with their two sons, Maddox, who attends the new Kingston Elementary school, and their latest addition to the family, Jace, the Barmers are exemplary residents of our community and have grown to “absolutely love” their fellow neighbors in St. Charles Court. Both serve our Veterans at the local VA Hospital and are most deserving of the recognition for their work as great neighbors. Crissy was quick to express her gratitude in receiving the Award at this special time of year, as she stated, “This is indeed a time of giving and sharing, as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.”
