BCPD seeks missing teen

The Bossier City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating a missing teenage girl who is believed to have run away from home.

Nakita Taylor, 17, of Bossier City was last seen on August 30, 2014 when she left home to go a friend’s home. Police have no indication at this point that her disappearance involves foul play but there is concern for Nakita’s welfare.

Nakita is a black female who is 5’ 9” tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds.  She has a pierced tongue along with “Faith” tattooed on her left side of her chest and “Beautiful” tattooed on one thigh. She was last seen wearing a white tank top with a bright pink sports bra underneath, blue shorts and brown sandals.
