Christmas is another opportunity for our Community to take part in Holiday Fostering. This is an opportunity for a family to take a shelter animal home for the Holidays for a pre-determined amount of time. The shelter will provide food, collar, leash and a toy.

Holiday Fostering allows the animals to get out of the shelter and enjoy a break and it also allows for Shelter employees to spend more time off with their families during the holidays. Animals can be picked up on December 23rd between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. all fosters along with crates, bedding and etc. should be returned on Dec. 27th between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Foster is always great fun for the holidays, and if you LOVE the pet and feel that it is a great fit for your family, it is a simple process to change from foster to adoption. Christmas is all about giving so please consider giving a pet a home for the holidays.
