City of Bossier City has issued the following statement regarding city services and COVID-19:

At the City of Bossier City, the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and community is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty that many may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our employees and citizens as this public health emergency evolves.

In keeping with the Centers for Disease Control guidance on limiting person-to-person contact, we strongly encourage those who are able to use the City of Bossier City’s website to pay water bills and access other payment services to the City. These self-service online resources are available 24/7.

Access accounts online and make payments with no added fees by visiting the City of Bossier City website at www.bossiercity.org.


We do understand that there may be instances where citizens will need to visit our customer service area and we are available to serve you in person, as always.
