The Bossier City Police Dept. responded to a report of a shooting victim just after midnight in the 1400 Blk of Beverly Street. Officers arrived to find a 20 y/o black female suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. The Patient was transported to Oschner and later pronounced dead at the hospital. The shooter has been identified as a 21 y/o black male and is in custody with the Bossier City Police Dept. at this time. This incident is still under investigation.
