Quintin Smith scored two touchdowns on runs of 4 and 1 yards. Joseph Bush scored on a 1-yard run. Aareon Smallwood went in from 6 yards out.

Keimun Daniels had a big 82-yard kickoff return for a touchdown after the Panthers cut the lead to two late in the third quarter.

Smallwood had his second straight 100-yard game, rushing for 109 on 16 attempts. Smith added 81 yards on 12 carries. Bush and QB Daniels combined for 66.

The Bearkats trailed 8-6 in the second quarter, but an 18-yard Rene Alvarado field goal gave Bossier a 9-8 halftime lead.

Smith’s 6-yard score capped a nine-play, 57-yard drive and gave Bossier a 16-8 lead with 4:45 left in the third.

After Daniel’s return, Derrick Foster forced a fumble recovered by the Bearkats at the Panthers 43. Six plays later Smallwood scored to make it 29-14 with 8:42 left in the game.
