Bossier narcotics, FBI agents arrest 11 for prostitution and pandering

The Bossier Sheriff-Police Narcotics/Vice Task Force conducted a joint undercover operation with the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force in Bossier City Aug. 28 and 29 in which they arrested 11 people for prostitution and pandering.  Arrested were:

Aleya M. Cooper, 32, of the 3200 block of Libby Street in Shreveport, charged with Prostitution for agreeing to exchange sex for money with an undercover agent.  She was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking and released on her own recognizance. 

Kayla L. Baker, 26, of the 1300 block of Summers Street in Shreveport, charged with Prostitution for agreeing to exchange sex for money from an undercover agent.  She was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking and released on her own recognizance.  

Bre English, 24, of the 400 block of Flournoy Lucas in Shreveport, charged with Prostitution for agreeing to exchange sex for money from an undercover agent.  She was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking and released on her own recognizance.  

Joseph W. Kenny, 37, of the 1900 block of Centenary Blvd. in Shreveport, charged with Prostitution for agreeing to have sex for money with an undercover agent for money.  He was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking and release on his own recognizance.  

Walter L. Williams, 24, of the 1300 block of Summers Street in Shreveport, charged with Pandering for transporting prostitutes.  He was then transported by law enforcement officers to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking; bond is set at $5,000.

Jessica L. Jackson, 33, of Charleston, Missouri, charged with Promoting Prostitution and Pandering for setting up prostitution operations and acting as protection.  She was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking; her bond is $6,500.

Jeannette E. Ayers, 29, of Benton, Arkansas, charged with Prostitution.  She agreed to exchange sex for money from an undercover agent. She was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking and released on her own recognizance.  

Jamaica L. Westbrooks, 21, of Beaumont, Texas, charged with Promoting Prostitution and Pandering for setting up prostitution operations and acting as protection.  She was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking; her bond is $6,500.

Tyresha L. Ware, 25, of Charleston, Missouri, charged with Prostitution for agreeing to have sex with an undercover agent for money.  She was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking and released on her own recognizance.  

Keeley Jordan, 30, of the 3500 block of Ponderosa Drive in Bossier City, charged with Prostitution for agreeing to have sex for money with an undercover agent.  She was arrested by summons. (*no booking photo)

17-Year-Old Female arrested for Prostitution, Simple Escape, Resisting, and Battery of an Officer for agreeing to have sex with an undercover agent for money.  Once in custody, she fled from the undercover agents.  When agents apprehended her again, she resisted and hit one of the officers.  She was transported to the WARE Detention Center in Coushatta.  (juvenile – no booking photo)

Additionally, Bossier Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested two others on drug charges during the time of the prostitution sting:

Casey Bridwell, 33, of Haynesville, La., arrested for Possession of Schedule II (Meth) with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule I (Marijuana), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Two Failure to Appear Warrants.  He was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking; bond is $16,200.

Kevin Byrd, 45, of the 1100 block of Creswell Ave. in Shreveport, arrested for Manufacturing Schedule II (Meth) with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting with Force.  He was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking; bond is pending.

The Bossier Sheriff-Police Narcotics/Vice Task Force comprises deputies with the Bossier Sheriff’s Office and officers with the Bossier City Police Department.
