All meetings of the Bossier Parish Police Jury scheduled for Wednesday, April 1 have been canceled in response to the governor’s stay at home order to help combat the COVID-19 emergency.
Parish Administrator Bill Altimus said the cancellation will include the police jury’s regular meeting and any committee meetings. A determination on the status of the police jury’s scheduled April 15 meeting will be made at a later date.
Altimus said the parish courthouse remains closed to the public.
