Bossier Press-Tribune moves office location

The Bossier Press-Tribune has relocated its offices to 6346 Venecia Dr.

Their new location is located on the bottom floor of the GBT Lakehouse behind Villaggio off East Texas Street in Bossier City.

After more than a decade at their previous location on Viking Drive, the decision was made by BPT leadership to make a fresh start.

“Our new location is much more suited to our needs and centrally located for the residents of Bossier Parish,” said BPT Publisher Randy Brown. “We loved our office location at 4250 Viking Drive, but as we have refocused our news coverage and commitment to Bossier, we felt it was time to signal a change and start fresh in a new location.”

Owner of parent company of the BPT, Specht Newspapers, Inc., David Specht is also excited to see the activity and enthusiasm a move brings.

“The new space is great for our staff and our readers. We encourage everyone to stop by and visit with us,” he said.

Although some technical issues are expected to be settled by the end of this week, the new location on Venecia Drive is already open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Their traditional phone numbers 318-747-7900 (main) and 318-747-5298 (fax) will be working again shortly. However, in the meantime, please contact the BPT at the temporary phone numbers: 318-584-7444 (main) and 318-584-7445 (fax).

“We appreciate everyone’s patience as we make this move. Our best days are ahead of us and we look forward to continuing to be Bossier’s newspaper,” Mr. Brown added.
