Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives, in collaboration with the
Louisiana Attorney General’s Office of Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force,
have arrested a Shreveport man following an investigation into the possession of child sexual
abuse material (CSAM).
After the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) received a cyber tip
regarding suspected CSAM activity, the organization notified the Bossier Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives immediately launched an investigation and identified Job Martinez, 42, of the 3000
block of Lionel Avenue in Shreveport, as the suspect. At the time of the alleged offense,
Martinez resided in the 500 block of Wyche Street in Bossier City.
Investigators uncovered evidence indicating Martinez received and downloaded sexual images of
children between the ages of 2 and 11.
On Oct. 12, 2026, detectives located Martinez at a residence in the 500 block of Wyche Street
and transported him to the Detectives Office for questioning. After being advised of his Miranda
rights, Martinez confessed to the offense. He also admitted to being in the United States illegally
and having been deported in 2011.
Martinez was arrested and charged with 63 counts of pornography involving juveniles, in
violation of Louisiana Revised Statute 14:81.1. He was booked into the Bossier Parish Maximum
Security Facility, where bond was set at $500,000.
The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office remains committed to investigating crimes against children
and working with local, state and federal partners to protect the most vulnerable members of the
community.
The Bossier Sheriff’s Office thanks the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office of Internet Crimes
Against Children Task Force for its assistance with the investigation.
