Boston College, Arizona to play in Advocare V100 Bowl

Boston College and Arizona will face off in the 2013 Advocare V100 Independence Bowl, the Independence Bowl Foundation announced Sunday night.

 

The bowl is set for 11:30 a.m. On New Year’s Eve at Independence Stadium.

 

Boston College (7-5, 4-4) is the ACC’s representative. Arizona (7-5, 4-5) is an at-large representative from the Pac 12.

 

Boston College is led by Andre Williams, the nation’s leading rusher. Williams has rushed for 2,102 yards.

 

Arizona features Ka’Deem Carey, the Pac-10’s Offensive Player of the Year. Carey ranks fifth in the nation in rushing with 1,716 yards.
