BPCC Culinary Arts buffet menu for Feb. 3

Bossier Parish Community College Culinary Arts Program offers a buffet from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. on Tuesday nights February 3 through March 24, 2015, in the Emmett E. Cope Student BPCCServices Center (Building F), 6220 E. Texas St., Bossier City.

The “Italian” menu for Tuesday, February 3, 2015:

Italian Wedding Soup
Lasagna
Vegetarian Lasagna
Mushroom Orzo
Focaccia
Salad bar
Tiramisu
Cannoli
Tea, coffee, punch

The cost is $7.00 per person and to-go boxes are available. The buffet is open to the public. (First floor for to-go orders, second floor to dine in.)
