BPCC men play home opener Tuesday night

The Bossier Parish Community College Cavaliers face Open Bible College in their home opener Tuesday night at 7.

The Cavaliers fell to Baton Rouge Community College 116-105 in their season opener Friday in Baton Rouge.

DeUnzay Wyatt, a 5-foot-10 freshman out of Monroe’s Richwood High, led the Cavs with 30 points. Chantz Chambers, a 5-11 sophomore out of Huntington, added 22. Greg Pollins, a 6-6 sophomore from Texarkana, Texas, had 18.

The Cavs face Arkansas Baptist at 4 p.m. Friday and Coahoma Community College at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Southern University-Shreveport Classic.
