BPCC to hold summer graduation July 24

Bossier Parish Community College will hold its summer graduation ceremony Friday, July 24, at 10 a.m. in the Health & Physical Education Complex, BPCC, 6220 E. Texas St., Bossier City, LA.BPCC

One hundred-fifty credentials will be awarded to 118 graduates during the ceremony. Students will be awarded associate degrees, technical diplomas, certificates, and technical competency areas in each of BPCC’s six academic divisions: Behavioral-Social Sciences and College Transition Programs; Business; Communication and Performing Arts; Liberal Arts; Science, Nursing, and Allied Health; and Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

“Each of these graduates is now prepared for success in the workforce or at the next level of education,” says BPCC Chancellor Rick Bateman, Jr. “As a result, the future quality of life in our community looks brighter, and the competitive advantage our employers enjoy in the form of developed talent has never been stronger.”

Guest speaker for the seventieth commencement ceremony is BPCC Staff Senate President Katrina Sproles.
