BPCC’s culinary arts buffet begins tomorrow

Bossier Parish Community College Culinary Arts Program offers buffets from 5:00 to 6:30 pm on Tuesdays through November 15 & on Thursday, December 1 (Christmas buffet) in the Emmett E. Cope Student Services Center (Building F), 6220 E. Texas St., Bossier City.

 

The menu for September 27 buffet is Jazz Brunch and includes:

  • Pancakes
  • Buttermilk Biscuits and Gravy
  • Bacon/Sausage
  • Honey Ham
  • Shrimp and Grits
  • Omelet Bar
  • Assorted Parfaits

 

The cost is $7.00 per person and to-go boxes are available. The buffet is open to the public.

BPCC’s Culinary Arts program provides classroom and laboratory instruction and experience to students desiring a career as a professional chef.
