Bossier Sheriff Julian Whittington today promoted North Louisiana Criminal Justice Academy staffer Sarah Rhodes to the rank of Lieutenant and the position of supervisor of academy operations. The NLCJA is the Training Division of the Bossier Sheriff’s Office.
The ceremony was a family affair, with fellow deputy and husband Ryan Rhodes pinning on Sarah’s new lieutenant’s bars.
