The C. Wright Pink Ribbon Project 501(c)(3) is a collaborative effort of the Multi-Cultural Developmental Center and Stonewall Missionary Baptist Church to impact breast cancer in our community through education, awareness and support. As of December 2013, we have been able to provide financial assistance to 43 women who were faced with financial difficulties while fighting breast cancer.
The C. Wright Pink Ribbon Project, with the communities help, will provide transportation to and from medical appointments, doctor/facility co-payments, pharmacy expenses, and monetary support to maintain necessary living expenses. We will also personally support breast cancer patients during the diagnosis, treatment and recovery phase of this devastating illness.
