BOSSIER CITY – Funeral services celebrating the life of Clifford H. Milford, 86, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 10, 2014 at Rose-Neath’s Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Mike McKee. Interment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held Sunday, March 9, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Clifford was born on February 2, 1928 and passed away on March 7, 2014. He was a resident of Bossier City and a baker at Sunbeam Bakery.
He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Mayme Ruth Milford and his wife, Sarah Ruth Sumrall Milford. Left to cherish his memory are sons, Ricky Milford and wife, Cindy and John Milford and wife, Jane; daughters, Linda Smith and Brenda Manning and husband, Rodney; grandchildren, Sarah Stewart and husband, Adam, Amanda Law and husband, Bubba, Steven Terry and wife, Myranda, Tiffany Cortes and husband Fernando, Renee Price, Tommy Short, Ricky Jay Milford, Michelle Milford, Sonya Chapman; 25 great-grandchildren; brother, Roy Milford.
Pallbearers will be Adam Stewart, Tommy Short, Bubba Law, Steven Terry, Rodney Manning and Fernando Cortes.
The family would like to express thanks to Dr. DelMundo for his compassion and to the staff at Riverview Care Center especially to his best friend, Pat Love.
