The Bossier Parish Community College Cavaliers fell to Kellogg Community College 6-3 Monday at Centenary College.
Dakota Wright had two doubles against Kellogg, which is located in Battle Creek, Mich. Former Bossier standout Rodney Bonds went 2-for-4. Luis Santiago had a double.
Five BPCC pitchers allowed seven hits.
BPCC (10-8) was scheduled to host Hines Community College in a doubleheader Tuesday, but it was cancelled, according to athletic director John Rennie.
The Cavs defeated Hinds 1-0 last Wednesday in Raymond, Miss.
Hunter Roussell allowed just two hits in six innings and struck out nine to get the win.
Santiago went 2-for-2 with a double. Wright also had two hits.
Former Haughton standout Sam Wallace scored the game’s only run on a passed ball in the top of the seventh and final inning.
