Bossier Crime Stoppers is asking the public for help in finding a suspect with a violent history who is wanted by the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshall’s Violent Offenders Task Force for failing to register as a sex offender.
Terrell D. Fuller, age 27, is classified as a Tier III sex offender, the most serious sex offender classification. As such, Fuller is required to register as a sex offender once a year and whenever he changes addresses for the rest of his life. However, Fuller has failed to do so.
Fuller is a black male, 5’08” tall, weighs 170 pounds and has numerous tattoos on his neck, arms and hands.

Callers to Crime Stoppers are reminded they may remain totally anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
