Debbie Morgan Pooler Jones

Debbie Morgan Pooler-Jones, 54, of Princeton, Louisiana, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 12, 2014, 10:10 a.m. at Willis Knighton Bossier after a long battle of illness. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 22, 2014 at First Baptist of Princeton Church. Officiating will be Pastor Darrell Cooper.

Mrs. Jones was a devoted, loving person to all who knew her. She enjoyed caring for her flowers and mowing her grass on her riding lawn mower. She cherished her grandchildren above all and every minute spent with them. She also had a big heart for animals especially for her dog “Worthless” and cat “Callie”. Mrs. Jones was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her father Lamar Morgan and sister Linda Sue Turner.

She is survived by husband Billy A. Jones; her mother, Laverne Fesmire and dad, John L. Fesmire; son Nathan Rowland and wife Amanda; daughter Kimberly Scott and husband Jason; grandchildren Madeline Scott, Emerson, Beckham, and McClendon Thoma-Rowland.

Our family would like to thank Bossier Parish Fire Department District 1 and Willis Knighton Bossier Emergency Room staff for all their hard work and the kindness they all shared for our family during her last hours.
