If you’re a fan of flavor, the Multicultural Center of the South’s Taste of Culture fundraiser will surely spark your interest and whet your appetite. Plus, as an added bonus, DiamondJacks’ own Chef Gunter Kilian has been selected to serve as the event’s featured chef.

“I am especially excited and honored to be chosen as the Featured Chef of the Multicultural Center of the South’s Taste of Culture event. I enjoy sharing the foods of my homeland, Germany. My initial training in Baden Baden, Black Forest introduced me to my most prized dishes; those of which, I’ll be preparing for this occasion. Those items will include Flammenkuchen & Käsespätzle.” expressed DiamondJacks’ Chef Gunter Kilian.

This annual event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at DiamondJacks Casino & Resort from 6pm-8pm. Tickets are $50 and include an evening of dining on culinary dishes from a variety of ethnic groups and countries including African American, Cajun, China, Creole, Greece, Hispanic, Ireland, India, Japan, Korea, Mediterranean, Native American, Philippines, Scotland and Turkey.
