My initial training in Baden Baden, Black Forest introduced me to my most prized dishes; those of which, I’ll be preparing for this occasion. Those items will include Flammenkuchen & Käsespätzle.” expressed DiamondJacks’ Chef Gunter Kilian.

This annual event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at DiamondJacks Casino & Resort from 6pm-8pm. Tickets are $50 and include an evening of dining on culinary dishes from a variety of ethnic groups and countries including African American, Cajun, China, Creole, Greece, Hispanic, Ireland, India, Japan, Korea, Mediterranean, Native American, Philippines, Scotland and Turkey.
