District Attorney J. Schuyler Marvin announced today, the appointment of Christopher Warren as Assistant District Attorney for the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District Court covering Bossier and Webster Parishes.
Mr. Warren a native of North Louisiana is the son of Second Judicial District Judge Rick and Candice Warren. Mr. Warren graduated from Tulane University with a B.S. Degree in Management with majors in Finance and Legal Studies. He received his JD Degree in 2019, from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, LA.
Before joining the District Attorney’s office, Mr. Warren worked for the Second Circuit Court of Appeal as a law clerk to Judge Jeff Cox, assisting in drafting opinions in criminal and civil appeals, and researching issues relating to family law, criminal law, and worker’s compensation.
DA Marvin said, “Mr. Warren will be replacing former Assistant District Attorney Santi Parks, who was elected as Bossier City Judge, and he will be working in the criminal division prosecuting cases ranging from armed robbery to disorderly conduct.”
Referring to his appointment, Warren said, “I am honored that DA Marvin chose me for this position, and I look forward to working with him, his incredible staff, and the law enforcement community.”
