The Downtown Development Authority is undertaking an important
initiative to update contact information for all property owners in the Downtown Development
District. Correct information is essential for ensuring that property owners receive timely updates
and valuable opportunities that impact the downtown community.

“Our goal is to maintain a comprehensive and current database of all downtown property
owners,” said Janie Landry, Interim Director. “By keeping our records up to date, we can ensure
that everyone stays informed about important developments and events in our downtown. .”

All property owners who send in their information by July 19th will be entered into giveaway
drawings. The DDA is asking property owners to provide the following details:
● Contact Name
● Property Address
● Mailing Address
● Email Address
● Phone Number
● Preferred Contact Method (Email/Phone)

Property owners can submit their information in two convenient ways:
Email: Send your details to [email protected].
Survey: Complete the quick survey available at [insert survey link].

“We sincerely appreciate the cooperation of our property owners in helping us keep our records
current,” added Landry. “Accurate information is crucial for effective communication.”

For any questions or additional information, property owners can contact the Shreveport DDA at
318-222-7403 or via email at [email protected].
