Funeral services for Doyle Wade “Buddy” Ebarb 77 of Bossier City, LA will be held on Friday, June 21, 2013 at 2:00 pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church Zwolle, LA. Father Frances Kamou will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 8am-8pm on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Many, LA. A rosary service will be held at 6:45pm.
Buddy was born October 11, 1935 in Zwolle, LA to George and Bessie Ebarb. He entered into eternal rest on June 17, 2013 in Shreveport, LA.
Buddy proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents George and Bessie Ebarb; sisters Jane Ferguson and Marie Youngblood, brother George Wayne Ebarb; and grandson Scotty Johnson.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 25 years Dianne Ebarb; sons Chris Ebarb and wife Deana, Sam Cassidy and wife Vickie, Mike Cassidy and wife Janet; daughters Yolanda Ebarb and husband Jason, Pam Raymond, Tonja Green; 21 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Honoring him as pallbearers will be Bobby Parrie, Gordy Parrie, Terry Ferguson, Pat Ferguson, Wayne Ebarb, and Jeff Ebarb.
