Every Warrior Network is asking for snack donations for military members.

Executive Director of Every Warrior Network Trey McGuire is asking the public for snack food item donations for Warriors as they continue to serve through this COVID-19 crisis both at Barksdale and beyond.

“Like many men and women in our community, our Warriors are making sure we stay safe while still having to deal with the effects of this pandemic. As a military support organization, we want to encourage them through these unforeseen times of stress. Please get out and support ANYONE who is out there working on the front lines of this crisis, nurses, doctors, mail carriers, grocery store workers, military, first responders, law enforcement etc. Show the love somewhere,” said McGuire.

Snack food donations can be dropped off at the Warriors Family Center at 4000 Viking Drive Suite A in Bossier City. There is a drop box out front.

ā€œWe are looking for any kinds of individually wrapped snacks such as chips, crackers, cookies, pretzels, trail mix, nuts, granola bars, etc,ā€ said McGuire.

Donations will be accepted through March 31. Once all donations have been collected, Every Warrior Network staff will create care packages and deliver the packages.

If you are not able to donate food items, you can give financially at www.everywarrior.org and just click on the ā€œGIVEā€ link.
