The first unit on the scene arrived within 4 minutes and reported heavy smoke coming from the rear of the restaurant. Firefighters battled the blaze for about 20 minutes before bringing it under control.

The restaurant appears to have sustained moderate to heavy fire and smoke damage. The restaurant is located in a building that houses three other businesses all of which have varying degrees of smoke damage as a result of the fire.

The cause remains under investigation. The restaurant was closed at the time of the fire. There were no reported injuries.
