The Airline Vikings freshman football team raised their record to 4-0 with a 36-0 victory over Parkway Monday at Preston Crownover Stadium.
In other freshman action, Haughton improved to 3-1 with a 30-14 victory over the Northwood Falcons at Jerry Burton Stadium, and Benton fell to North DeSoto 33-0.
Airline 36, Parkway 0: Noah Hildebrand ran for two touchdowns and passed for one to lead the Vikings.
Hildebrand’s TD pass went to KJ Bilbo. He now has 12 for the season.
Harvey Calhoun and Bryan Fielding had rushing TDs for the Vikings. Josh James returned an interception for a touchdown.
Airline coach Pat Mason praised the play of his offensive linemen.
Haughton 30, Northwood 14: Josh Lister had a big game for the Bucs.
He caught two touchdown passes from Pryce Curry and one from Jonathan Plant. Lister also caused a fumble and recovered one on defense.
Curry connected with Mason Cordell for a touchdown, giving him three TD passes on the day.
Nico Broadway kicked a 42-yard field goal and tacked on three PATs.
EJ Flores had four catches and an interception to stop a Northwood drive.
Hunter Nesbitt recovered a fumble.
Coach Michael Marston said other defensive standouts were Plant, Garrett Green and Garrett Plainit.
