The Benton Lady Tigers pulled away in the fourth quarter for a 33-25 victory over the Parkway Lady Panthers Tuesday night at Parkway.

The game was tight for the first three quarters. Benton led 15-14 at the half and it was tied at 20 after three. But the Lady Tigers began forcing turnovers early in the fourth quarter and the Lady Panthers went cold from the field.

Benton scored the first six points of the quarter. Parkway finally scored with 4:20 left, but the Lady Panthers got no closer the rest of the way.

Brandy Harris led Benton with 11 points, and Yakina Manning added eight. Kendall Lewis and Robyn Williams led Parkway with eight points each.

Elsewhere, Kei McCoy scored a season-high 34 points but it wasn’t enough as Airline dropped a 64-53 decision to the Huntington Lady Raiders at home.

Madison Rowland added nine points for the Lady Vikings (10-3), all on 3-pointers. Huntington’s Caitlin Jenkins almost matched McCoy’s effort with 28 points.
