The St. Charles Court HOA presented this month’s Beautification Award to Russ and Beth Hart of 207 Poydras Ave.

The Hart family maintains their property with much pride and said they enjoy living in a community of homeowners/residents that share the same values.  Having moved to Bossier City in May 2012 from Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Ala., they both are stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base, and state emphatically that they are “pleased to call North Bossier their home.”

Additionally, the Harts enjoy spending their leisure time outdoors with their children where, as a family, they experience the pleasure of a beautifully landscaped lawn.

Beth stated, “When looking for a place to live, I was immediately impressed with the St. Charles Court & St. Charles Court Village Development, where it was immediately apparent that the community had a strong sense of pride.”

Together, they personally designed the landscaping of their back lawn to enhance their view of the lake.  They often spend quality time sitting under their custom built pergola enjoying their Crepe Myrtles and Radwhite Roses from their perfect view of the lake. They stated that they are, “very happy to be a part of such a community.”

The Beautification Award celebrates and acknowledges those who do a superior job maintaining their lawns, landscaping, and overall appearance of their property, ultimately enhancing the overall appeal of this gated community.

All properties in St. Charles Court and the St. Charles Village are considered for this award.
