Detectives with the Bossier Sheriff’s Office arrested a Haughton man Wednesday afternoon for exposing himself to other people in broad daylight in the Haughton area, particularly in the Dogwood subdivision.

Louis A. Schommer

Louis A. Schommer, 59, of the 700 block of Fir Wood Lane in Haughton, was charged with three counts of Obscenity and two counts of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile.

He was arrested on warrant charges stemming from three occasions in March and November of this year in which he exposed himself to motorists while he was jogging during daylight hours in the neighborhood.  On one occasion, juveniles were inside one of the vehicles passing by.

Schommer was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility Wednesday afternoon for booking; bond is pending.

Bossier detectives are continuing their investigation.
