BOSSIER CITY – Services for Herman August Weber, 86, will be held on Monday, October 14, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jean Sanders officiating. The family will receive visitors from 2:00 p.m. until service time.

Herman was born on January 26, 1927 in Rising City Nebraska to the parents of Charles Herman and Louise Schaf Weber and went to be with the Lord on October 10, 2013 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Minnie Mildred Weber; four brothers and five sisters. He leaves behind one step-son, Kenneth Cottrell; one step-daughter, Barbara Cottrell Felsher and husband Henry; two sisters Rosalie Helus and husband Gale, and Mary Louise Matheson. He also leaves behind 4 grandchildren, Jonathon Cottrell, Jennifer Perez, Aaron Cottrell and Taylor Felsher.

The family would like to thank the Northwest Louisiana War Veterans Home Wing 2, especially Wanda Harris and all the attending staff. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Love Chapel in Haughton.
