Providence Classical Academy freshman Jordan Orr won the MAIS Class A Boys No. 1 singles tennis championship earlier this month at the Class Tournament in Ridgeland, Miss.
Orr defeated Hunter Sims of Deer Creek 7-6, 6-2 in the finals. It was Sims’ first loss of the season.
Orr was also an honorable mention All-District selection in basketball along with Sage Beleau.
Providence Classical had two first-team All-District baseball players, Cameron Duke and Taft Prince.
