The Northwest Regional high school bowling playoffs are Thursday at Holiday Lanes.
Parkway is the top seed in the boys and girls brackets. The Panthers completed the regular season 10-0 and the Lady Panthers finished 12-0.
The top three boys and two girls teams will advance to the bi-regionals on March 27 at Creole Lanes in Houma.
In the boys quarterfinals at 10:30 a.m., Parkway faces No. 8 seed Byrd, No. 4 Haughton plays No. 5 Loyola College Prep, No. 3 Benton takes on No. 6 Minden and No. 7 Bossier faces No. 2 Airline.
The semifinals are scheduled for 12:45 p.m. The semifinal losers face off at 3 to decide the third team to advance to the bi-regionals.
In the 12:45 girls semifinals, Parkway plays No. 4 Loyola and No. 2 Airline takes on No. 3 Byrd.
Four boys and three girls from the losing teams will also advance to the bi-regionals singles competitions.
