High school boys basketball: Four parish teams make playoffs; Bossier top seed in 3A

Four parish teams are headed to the state playoffs.

District 1 champion Bossier (30-3) is the No. 1 seed in Class 3A. The Bearkats will host No. 32 Grant (12-14). 

In Class 5A first-round games, No. 20 Parkway (19-11)  travels to Gozalez to take on No. 13 East Ascension (24-8), and No. 25 Airline will be going to Lafayette to play No. 8 Comeaux (23-6).

In a Class 1A first-round game, No. 16 Plain Dealing (11-14) hosts No. 17 Montgomery (9-15).

Most first-round games will be played Friday across the state.
