The Parkway Panthers and Airline Vikings finished 1-2 in the boys division of the Holy Savior Menard Invitational cross country meet on Saturday in Pineville.
Parkway finished runner-up in the girls division, one point behind St. Michael of Baton Rouge.
Parkway’s Cole Billiot and Adrianna Wilder swept the individual titles. Parkway’s Lindsey Hutcheson was runner-up in the girls’ division.
Billiot covered the 3-mile Fort Buhlow Park course in 15 minutes, 54.8 seconds. Leesville’s Andrew Barefield was second in 16:08.2
Wilder ran a 19:42.2 and Hutcheson a 20:11.8.
Parkway scored 51 points to 82 for Airline in the boys division, which featured 15 teams and 171 runners.
Parkway’s Cameron Rogers and Airline’s Will Dart and Seth Papineau finished fourth, fifth and sixth, respectively. Rogers ran a 16:50.9, Dart a 16:16.9 and Papineaux a 16:21.4.
Other Panthers in the scoring were Tyler Kruithof (12th, 16:43.9), David Morgan (16th, 17:05.0) and Andrew Robinson (18th, 17:06.3). Other Vikings in the scoring were Taejon Harris (14th, 17:03.9) and Joshua Burns (27th, 17:37.4).
Parkway scored 43 points in the girls division to 42 for St. Michael. There were 10 teams and 110 runners in the division.
Other Lady Panthers in the scoring were Carly Hanson (ninth, 21:25.2), Ariel McGaffey (12th, 21:49.20) and Victoria Morris (21st, 22:41.6).
Airline’s Bethanie Dunn and Anneliese Jones finished 13th and 14th respectively. Dunn ran a 21:54.7 and Jones a 22:01.6. Airline finished fifth in the team competition.
